All fittings - the
rails - the stainless steel mountings are particularly sturdy to withstand
heavy use. A double-consolidated rudder and a stainless steel rudder
heel with a lead-in for the jury rudder.
The teak on
the deck - the edge of the gunwale and the rails - underline the superior
quality of the craftsmanship.
The Scanfisher can be fitted with engines of between 45 to 120 h.p. and is supplied, as standard, with 68 h.p. Perkins Diesel with double steering.
The fibre glass work is undertaken by a shipbuilding yard which is approved by Søfartsstyrelsen (Danish Maritime Authority) as well as Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register of Shipping and Germanischer Lloyd.
